The 1st annual Langstone Harbour Race Weekend was a roaring success with over 70 boats competing for prize wear during the late Many Bank holiday weekend. The event is hosted by the three main sailing clubs which share the waters in Langstone Harbour; Locks SC; Langstone SC and Tudor SC. The event welcomes dinghy sailors from all across the south coast to compete in the series of exciting races held within the harbour. There will be prizes for classes and daily races. There will also be an evening social event at each club; offering a mixture of entertainment to sailors and their families after the sun sets on the racing activities. |

Next years regatta will be held on the weekend of 5th and 6th June. The new earlier date is necessary for suitable tidal heights and for a weekend that doesn't clash with other big northern events. As always; we welcome classes using our regatta to incorporate a travelers' event. Six boats qualifies a class for a fleet start and results. |
